Luxe Open-Concept Apt for 5/Balcony/Nr Bars/Shops

This place was perfect for our 5 night stay. Plenty of room for two couples, clean and comfortable. For us it felt like a cozy home away from home. The location is great, with a lot to do within walking distance and still easy to get anywhere else in the city. When we come back to Louisville, this will be where we stay!

Location is excellent. Walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and Bellarmine University. Easy drive to bourbon tours. Off street parking was nice. Because it is off the Main Street, it can be noisy but the air conditioner muffled the noise so not an issue. Lots of stairs to the living and bedroom are so if stairs are an issue for you this would not be the place. Also likely not good for small kids as the top of the stairs case is wide open right as you come out of the bedrooms. The main bath off the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The en-suite was tight with a smaller toilet and sink. No frills in the unit, but the location is unbeatable.

Convenient Location very walkable to restaurants, shops, and bars. Apartment was spacious and redone with a nice rooftop deck.

Great location with several restaurants and bars to choose from when you don't wish to drive. Very clean place to stay. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ed’s place for five nights! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with a simple yet sophisticated modern design that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The open concept kitchen-living area was perfect for chatting and unwinding, and the outdoor patio provided a serene haven for relaxation. The convenience of having a washer-dryer was an added bonus, making our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, situated in a vibrant area with numerous eateries just across and along the street, making dining out or grabbing a quick bite incredibly easy and enjoyable. The ample parking space was also greatly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Everything about the place was great and as described. The unit had a private entry separate from the 1st floor unit, which was better than described in the listing, We especially loved that we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the nice weather without having to be in the middle of all the hustle & bustle below. It’s in the perfect spot on Bardstown Rd, centrally located to many great restaurants, bars and shops. It’s a very walkable area as well. There is also a great coffee shop just a couple steps outside of the unit that we highly recommend.

Loved our time here! Very clean and had everything we needed. The coffee shop next door and the sushi across the street and the boba tea everywhere on the block were all big hits with our family. Thank you!! Definitely recommend Ed's place!!!

Ed's place was great! Lots of attention to detail. Decorated beautifully. Awesome locations. I highly recommend this Airbnb. My only advice, I would not rent this particular Airbnb with small children - the stairs are open. We totally enjoyed our stay in Ed's place..

Very nice place for a little couples’ getaway. So much natural light, tall ceilings, GORGEOUS bathrooms, and a nice clean space. It smelled delightful when we walked in, which is a small detail that went a long way and showed the host’s attention to detail! The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, from extra toothbrushes to an instant pot.

This location is right on the edge of all the activity and the bedrooms are on the back side of the house, which allowed for a more quiet environment to sleep. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. My mother and I especially enjoyed the coffee shop two doors down and the well appointed kitchen since we did cook a meal one night. Thanks for a beautiful, well located, secure place to stay!

This home is wonderful. Well appointed, very clean, has nice amenities, and is in a great location with a good view. There is plenty of room and comfortable seating. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets in the closets. Plenty of dressers and closet room and lots of mirrors. I highly recommend this home and will come back.

Great location and Spotless

My wife and I decided to visit Louisville and reconnect with old friends. We brought 2 well trained pets (12 &14 yrs). Booked 3 nights (Prop. #94869758) on Nov 9th-12th. Received confirmation on the 4th and then nothing. I requested address and check in information on Nov 7th. (two days till we leave) and I get an immediate response "when did I book?" then next day "did my credit card get charged?" and "we will send you information tomorrow {one day before we leave}. The day we leave I finally get the address (how was I supposed to find the place with our GPS if they wouldn't give us the damn address). Then while on the road they apologize send us another thrilling message "the first address was wrong" so I'm driving to KY with no address or check-in information and we've messaged over a dozen times already. A few hours later they FINALLY send both Address and Password to check in (we were literally hours away and stressed out). No way to treat a client if you want a good review or return business. Once we arrive, the apartment was remodeled well but bedrooms are too small for anything a very small and not too clean twin bed. Linens look like they were purchased at a 70's derby party yard sale and were absolutely filthy. Linen's were so threadbare and cheap, we bought our own and slept on top. Location is perfect, but we would never stay there again. Host is not personable, informative or helpful in any way. It's a room with NO hospitality.

Wonderful area, super cute, and Ed was very accommodating.

The location was walking distance from local coffee shops, food. It was very easy to get into house as well. However, I would recommend cleaning the house a bit more because when my partner and I laid on the couch to watch a scary movie something bite me several times on my ankles knee and feet.

Die Wohnung mit Terrasse war sehr schön , modern eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos. Die Schlafzimmer sind im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung , so dass man die Strassengeräusche nicht hört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und er war erreichbar , wenn es Probleme / Fragen gab.
